Our Right Decision Guarantee allows you to use Auragen for 60 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your unit in its original condition, within 60 days from the date of delivery less 10% restocking fee and shipping.
Why do we offer this? Because we are that confident in the Auragen System. We know that word of mouth is the best way to spread the word about any product, and we want you to be so satisfied that you tell your friends and family about us.
To receive the refund, please ensure that the unit is returned to us in good condition and undamaged. Cost of any damages due to careless or misuse will be reasonably deducted.

Reversal Solutions Inc is the manufacturer and seller of the Auragen Light System.
Reversal Solutions, Inc warrants the Auragen System to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) years from the date of shipment.
Reversal Solutions, Inc’s sole obligation under this warranty will be to repair or replace, at Reversal Solutions, Inc's discretion, any unit that proves to be defective during the warranty period. The foregoing shall be the sole warranty remedy.
Except as set forth herein, seller makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No warranty is provided if the product is modified. This warranty does not apply to any failure of parts or products due to alterations, modifications, misuse, abuse, accidents or improper maintenance. This product is designed for use by one person at a time. Reversal Solutions, Inc shall not be liable in any event for incidental or consequential loss or damage and disclaims any responsibility for injury resulting from failure of the equipment or parts due to incorrect operation.
This warranty is not assignable. The Auragen must be purchased from Reversal Solutions, Inc or one of its authorized distributors directly for warranty to be valid.
All repairs must be completed by Reversal Solutions, Inc or one of its assigns. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connect with these goods.
You can extend your one year manufacturer’s warranty for an additional year one or two years. . This extended warranty covers your Auragen purchase for 2 or 3 full years against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. This extended warranty is available only within 30 days of your initial Auragen purchase.
