Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

UPS Ground shipping estimates are generally as follows:
West Coast 1-2 days
Central West 2-3 days
Midwest 4-5 days
East Coast 5-6 days
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 60 days of delivery. All returns require an approved RMA( Return Authorization). Contact us at 510-899-1819 or email us at customersupport@reversalsolutions.com to initiate a return. Your return will be processed 3-5 days upon receipt of the item. Please note that any returned items must be in excellent condition in order to qualify for a refund: of the purchase price and sales tax (if paid) less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please be advised that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 5 -10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
