We can ship the base and walk you through replacement over the phone or Zoom. Email customersupport@reversalsolutions.com or call 510-899-1819 to schedule assistance with installation.

Alternatively, send your Auragen System back to us and we will replace the base for you. No additional fee if your are under warranty. Contact us directly for warranty replacements: 510-899-1819 or customersupport@reversalsolutions.com.

If you are not under warranty, than there will be a $50 Service fee + Shipping.

Standard warranty is 1 year from date of delivery and covers manufacturer's defects only. No warranty is provided if the product is modified. This warranty does not apply to any failure of parts or products due to alterations, modifications, misuse, abuse, accidents or improper maintenance. This product is designed for use by one person at a time. Reversal Solutions, Inc shall not be liable in any event for incidental or consequential loss or damage and disclaims any responsibility for injury resulting from failure of the equipment or parts due to incorrect operation.
